Viva Las Vegas!!!

My husband and I left the kids and went down to Las Vegas this week for the WPPI convention. It is a Wedding and Portrait Photographers convention with a bunch of classes and a humongous trade show. It was a little hard to leave the kids, since it is the first time we have done that for over 4 years, but it was so much fun and much needed! We got back on Thursday, in time for me and Savana to get sick :( YUCK! Anyways... I will be making a ton of changes to my business in the next month or so including pricing changes. So if you are interested in my current prices, call now to book your wedding before they go up! Here are a couple of pictures from Vegas. Enjoy...

Lindsay's Bridals

I shot Lindsay's bridals a while back and wasn't able to post them until now. Lindsay and Braden got married on Wednesday and their wedding was AWESOME!!!!! I cannot wait to post their pictures. Unfortunatly you will all have to wait a few weeks to see them, so stay tuned... Until then, here are Lindsay's bridals, and they are awesome as well. I think they are some of my favorites ever in fact. Lindsay is so gorgeous and is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I am so sad that their wedding is over but I hope to be able to keep in touch with them. On a sidenote, there is nothing better for a photographer than to be able to do a couple's engagements, bridals and wedding day. It gives me such a great chance to get to know that couple and it makes their wedding day run that much smoother. Also I know more what I feel comfortable having the bride and groom do on their wedding day. Anyways, here is Lindsay. Enjoy...

Baby Tag!

I am crazy blogging lately! It feels good to finally give people a reason to come to my blog! So keep coming back. I am going to really put effort into blogging every session as well as some more personal stuff.

I did newborn pictures for my new nephew Taggart last week. This is not something I usually do, in fact this was only like my second newborn shoot ever. Taggart is such a sweetheart and so calm and good. He only cried a little bit, but that always makes for some cute pictures too. I had so much fun and I just love how cutely my sister in law has decorated his nursery. Can you imagine a pregnant girl painting all of those stripes on the walls??? Well she did and it looks stunning. So here are some (maybe too many) pictures of my new nephew and his beautiful mommy. Enjoy....

My Savana admiring her new cousin. SO CUTE!!!

Sheri and Shane's Wedding

I had such a great time with Sheri and Shane. They are so much fun to be around and were so willing to do anything I asked. Their wedding was at the Salt Lake Temple. It was a beautiful day! At first it looked like rain but the sun came through and made for some beautiful pictures. Sheri looked beautiful. She got her dress from Allyse's Bridal and she looked stunning! They had their reception at The Gathering Place at Gardner Village. It was such a great place and we got lots of pictures around Gardner Village as well. I am so grateful to have been able to work with such great people and Sheri and Shane are no exception. Enjoy... (P.S. if anyone knows how to get my horizontal pictures as big as my vertical pictures in photobucket and blogger please let me know :) THANKS!!!!

Thank you so much Bridgee (Sheri's best friend) for the delicious Lion House Rolls!!! You are the best!!!

Stacey and Troy's Engagements

I shot Stacey and Troy's Engagements on Monday. One of Stacey's friends family members has a farm in Layton that she wanted to do their pictures at. It was so fun! I loved all of the cute little places to do pictures! I always love new locations and this one was great! Stacey and Troy are so cute together and so much fun to be around. Stacey could hardly keep a straight face during most of the pictures, but I think she did GREAT! Thanks for being so much fun to hang out with guys! Enjoy...
